Can 4 month old or older baby learn and develop behavior from a toddler?

Yes. Babies like small children (their size and tone of voice) so it would make sense that a baby can learn from a toddler.

probably can, because babies imitate what they see. my 4 month old is always looking to see where my 4yr old is, who is very naughty.:)

most definatly. Watch your baby as he observes things around him. They watch so intently. Plus the younger you are the more you learn at a faster rate. I hope that toddler is a good boy, or you just might end up with 2 bad kids
    Good luck

you'd be surprised what a baby can learn from. i read a study where they had babies watch television. they had actresses and actors react to different items. afterwards the babies wanted to play with the things the actors had reacted favorably to, and shied away from the ones the actresses and actors reacted badly to.
to answer your question, yes, i think a baby could at least learn from watching the toddler.

Absolutely! Little babies love to watch young children and once your younger child gets old enough to walk and talk, they will want to do everything the older child is doing. I have a friend with a 2 year old and a 5 year old and the 2 year old follows her around like a shadow and repeats everything she says! They are attached at the hip. Since the 4 month old is still young she may not be able to actually mimic much right now but she will definetely observe an older child's actions.

Yep they most certainly can. my youngest daughter learned things from my oldest daughter and also from just about everyone she was around at that age and even younger. heheh and some of them were not so good behaviors and some of them were really good behaviors.
